AmazME is a specific program to serve hourly employees which launched in YFAS 15th anniversary and for the purpose of incentive and ownership reinforcement for outstanding hourly employees as well as YFAS employer branding and social responsibilities
building up. AmazME is including 3 main subjects: Golden AmazME, Green AmazME and Blue AmazME.
"Golden" focuses on hourly employees self-improvement and development. We provide the opportunity of education and skill development for them.
"Green" cares their family and life. We carry out many activities for their reunion and help their children to get growth.
"Blue" concentrates on "AmazME box" as part of the program, allowing the front-line employees to truly experience our culture of mutual respect among employees through a gift provided by company-wide volunteers.
A!head is a corporate social responsibility program launched in YFAS 20th anniversary. It aims at creating economic value while bringing positive impact to our employees, customers, suppliers and local society with diverse public participation.
By "Live with Harmony", "Live with Green" and "Live with Hope" to carry out corporate social responsibility.
